1. Do you get your clothing from Japan?
While most items are shipped to us directly from Japan, there are items that come from and are inspired from different parts of Asia.

2. What is Liz Lisa?
Liz Lisa is a brand from Japan we carry. It’s the best quality and sooo Kawaii! (cute!)

3. What is “Free Size”?
In Japan when you go shopping, you will notice a lot of clothing labeled “Free Size” or “One Size.” These fashions tend to fit sizes 0 – 4 and some up to 6 as well. We do our best to provide accurate measurements online and if you have any questions regarding size, please feel free to contact us.

4. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We would love to share these fashions with everyone. Please contact us prior to placing an order to determine shipping charges.

5. What method of shipping do you use?
USPS Priority mail. Please allow an additional 2-day processing time.

6. Can you express my order?
We are happy to offer overnight delivery and/or special requests for your shipping needs.

7. Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes! We offer gift certificates that can be redeemed online or in store. Please inquire.

8. Do you offer gift wrapping?
Please send us a request for any special wrapping and/or cards you would like to be sent with your order.

9. What is your return policy?
We are happy to exchange/refund items with tags. You are responsible for all shipping costs except when the merchandise is defective. All sale items are final sale. We encourage you to make note of all measurements and sizes prior to ordering and if you have any questions, please e-mail us.

10. When an item is “out-of-stock”, will you get it back and when?
Due to limited availability, certain items are only available fro a certain period of time. However, if you see something you like, send an e-mail our way and we will do everything we can to accommodate you.

11. Do you charge sales tax?
CA residents pay 7.75% sales tax.

12. Do you offer a catalog?
At this time we do not offer a catalog.

13. Can I check my order status online?
Please e-mail us with order number for an update.

14. If I already placed an order, can I change it?
Only if the order has not been shipped out. Please contact us right away. If it has shipped, you can return/exchange non-clearance items any time. You are responsible for shipping charges.
